St. Patty's Day Festival is THIS weekend

So the festival is this weekend!!!!!!!!!! Since actual St. Patrick's Day is Wednesday, and that's not a good day to drink, it's going to be celebrated this weekend.

Now I myself have never gone to St. Patty's in Five Points but I want to go this year. I hear there are live bands and green beer and all around fun. But all that being said --- I NEED YOUR HELP!

I need some advice from the veterans.
Can anyone tell me what I should be expecting?
Also, what should I wear?
And if it rains will no one show up or will the show go on?
Is it outside or inside?
Do things cost more or less?

Anything you can tell me about it would be helpful. :)
